Age Requirement

The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order through our website, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age as well. We reserve the right to request proof of identity before processing any order.

Title to the wine you order passes to you the moment it leaves our premises — it is your responsibility to know and comply with the relevant alcohol shipping laws in your state.

An adult signature and proof-of-age verification are required at the time of delivery. Someone 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the package; if no one is available, the package will not be left unattended. We are unable to ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Restricted States

Certain states have laws governing the shipment of alcohol that prevent us from delivering to addresses within those states.

States we are currently unable to ship to: Alabama, Arkansas, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, and Utah.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. To estimate the shipping cost for a specific destination, add your items to the cart and enter your zip code. Wine prices do not include shipping and handling charges, which vary based on destination, the number of bottles ordered, and your selected delivery option.

Legal Disclaimer

The buyer assumes title to the wine upon purchase. In arranging transportation, we act as a service provider on behalf of the purchaser and make no representation as to the legal right of any individual to ship or import wine into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other purchased goods, and for determining the legality and any applicable tax or duty consequences of having wine shipped to them.

We are not responsible for breakage, leakage, or other damage unless reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment. Due to the possibility of damage in transit caused by extreme weather conditions, we do not assume responsibility for weather-related damage. If you choose to proceed with shipping under such conditions, you do so at your own risk.
